Income Report - The day of the Click
by Runt on July 13th, 2008
After the euphoria of the initial surprise started to wear off, I decided to look a little closer. Yes someone had clicked on an Ad, but it was worth absolutely nothing, not a cent, zero, naught or whatever you want to call it. I wonder how much Google made of that click… Talk about keeping 100% of the profit while I do the work.

I know we are near the middle of the month, so it’s either too early or too late to supply an income report, but I figured what the hell. I may as well celebrate this little victory and share it with all of you.
Total Income: $0
Total Expenses: $15
Total Profit: -$15
After just over a month of life, the blog has made $0 and cost me about $15, which gives me a net profit of -$15. All of a sudden that warm fuzzy feeling has left me and I’ve come crashing back to earth.

LOL! I’ve had a few clicks worth nothing on my ads too.

Me again, how did you get the peel ad at the top?

I used a free WordPress plugin, I’m not sure of the link. I could send it to you if you want.

Don’t check your google adsense everybody. It will drive you crazy. Everybody normally report earnings on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. I like to look at blogs on these days to see what others are doing.

Totally true KushMoney, but sometimes the tempatation is too much to ignore.

Me, I always check my Google Adsense earning before I go to bed. I even write it in my ‘PC Diary’ so I can track where I’m at.
I always targeting atleast $3.4 a day, so far so good. At the end of this month I will get my 5th payment from them via Western Union. This is not a comment to brag, just want to inspire other newbies like me that indeed there’s money in Adsense despite the rampant account banning.
